Behind Trauma Clean Pros is a crew of licensed, insured technicians who've spent years handling the calls other cleaning companies turn away. Every Portland job is logged, photographed, and disposed of according to state and federal biohazard waste regulations, so property owners and families never have to wonder if it was done right.
Most people who call Trauma Clean Pros have never dealt with a situation like this before, and that's exactly why we keep the process simple. A dispatcher answers, asks a few direct questions, and gets a crew moving toward your Portland address immediately.
A Biohazard job rarely ends when the last surface is disinfected β there's usually an insurance adjuster, a landlord, or a probate attorney who needs documentation. Trauma Clean Pros provides detailed job reports so that part of the process moves faster too.
A spill that looks manageable on the surface can hide a much bigger problem underneath. Blood and other bodily fluids seep into subflooring and drywall fast, carrying bloodborne pathogens that regular cleaning products were never designed to eliminate. Our Portland technicians respond to these situations on a regular basis:
A death that goes unnoticed for days leaves behind decomposition fluids, odor, and insect activity that penetrate flooring and subfloor.
Law enforcement clears the scene for investigation, but the physical cleanup β including evidence of forced entry damage β is left to a licensed remediation crew.
Long-term hoarding situations frequently hide mold growth, rodent activity, and contaminated material underneath layers of belongings.
Category 3 water events carry pathogens that require full removal of affected porous materials, not just drying and disinfecting.
Homes and facilities exposed to certain communicable diseases require EPA-registered disinfectants and a documented decontamination protocol.
Workplace injuries and certain chemical releases on job sites can leave behind contamination that falls outside routine janitorial scope.
Trauma Clean Pros built its service list around the real calls that come out of Portland, not a generic checklist. Here's where our technicians spend most of their time.
We remove blood, tissue, and other biological material from floors, walls, and furniture, using enzymatic cleaners and EPA-registered disinfectants rated for bloodborne pathogen decontamination.
A decomposition job typically means pulling contaminated flooring, treating lingering odor with ozone or hydroxyl equipment, and sanitizing the entire affected room.
We work through hoarded properties methodically, separating salvageable items from biohazard waste and flagging mold or structural issues along the way.
We extract blackwater, remove porous materials that can't be salvaged, and disinfect the affected structure to prevent bacterial and mold growth.
Confirmed exposure sites get treated with EPA List N products across every high-touch surface, following a documented decontamination checklist.
Warehouses, medical facilities, and job sites call us for biohazard incidents that require regulated waste handling and disposal documentation.
A dispatcher answers your call to +1-844-401-0166 and gathers details about the scene so the right crew and equipment are sent the first time.
Once the job is scoped by phone, a crew is routed to your Portland location, usually arriving within the hour.
Technicians contain the affected area, remove contaminated materials, and apply hospital-grade disinfectants following OSHA and EPA guidelines.
Biohazard waste is disposed of according to state regulations, and a full report is provided so you have documentation on file.
